The Administrative Coordinator will be the first point of contact for those contacting the undergraduate dean's office within the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences and College of General Studies. Student-facing responsibilities include: triaging phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from 11,000 Dietrich and CGS undergraduate students; managing schedules and appointments for at least six assistant deans; providing guidance to students, faculty, and staff on academic policies and the completion of academic forms and procedures; updating students' academic records in PeopleSoft; connecting students with on-campus resources and services. Administrative responsibilities include posting scholarships, event coordination, purchasing, and other administrative coordination and support throughout Undergraduate Studies and CGS. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written). Be able to troubleshoot and exhibit sound judgment. Must be flexible enough to work in a busy, sometimes demanding environment.
