FT Senior Payroll Manager 14 - Human Resources (Administrative)
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Sr. Payroll Manager oversees the payroll for all of Greater Philadelphia YMCA employees, making sure that when it comes to their compensation and benefits, they never have to worry. We are looking for a Certified Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You will serve as the Payroll Administrator for the Ceridian DayForce system and HR Services partnership. This includes coordinating pay data files, serving as the HR Systems Administrator on the analysis and audit of time keeping records, coordination of payroll funding, and coordination of biweekly payroll processing to ensure accurate and compliant employee payroll for all employees, and resolving employee payroll issues that have been escalated. Your customer service skills will help support updates to employee records, status changes and subsequent administration of tasks that are outside of the Employee and Manager Self Service tools.
