Senior Director, Integrated Digital Marketing & Recurring Fundraising (Architecture)
Summary
The Senior Director of Integrated Digital Marketing & Recurring Fundraising is responsible for optimizing revenue growth opportunities through both standard and sophisticated marketing techniques in each stage of the marketing funnel, including generating awareness, creating consideration, fostering conversion and building loyalty. Through leadership of strong cross-functional teams who lead on two of the agency's top strategic priorities, the focus is on driving digital performance that is best in class while growing the donor base of monthly mission supporters. As a senior principal on the IMF leadership team, this role is accountable for developing a strategic roadmap and ensuring it's successful implementation by providing appropriate oversight, helping to remove obstacles, and developing transformative approaches to positively impact agency-wide digital strategies and recurring donations. The position requires mindful integration and strong collaboration with the Senior Director of Digital Experience and other teams, within and outside of the MCF Division, along with strong external partner/vendor relations.
