They will provide expertise in the areas of business process engineering, resource allocation and workforce planning, systems integration design, support strategy, and program management to intersect with the customer's roadmap and business objectives. The Program Architect will design and articulate well organized, structured service project workflows with the primary focus of maximizing business value in alignment with goals and ensuring the outcome relates to the clients' needs both technically and commercially.
