Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Austin, TX, reporting to the Sr. Director, Commercial Excellence and Marketing. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our sales processes, delivering insights to leadership, and driving data-driven decision-making across the sales organization and broader organization

Flex Health Solutions is one of 6 business units within Flex's $25B global contract manufacturing portfolio. Flex Health Solutions is expanding its global Commercial organization to accelerate growth. In order to support this more robust sales team, we are also adding positions to our Commercial Excellence team to drive greater efficiency and selling effectiveness.

What a typical day looks like:

  • CRM Management & Optimization

    • Collaborate closely with Global Sales Ops to optimize Salesforce CRM for Health Solutions to support sales processes, lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline visibility.

    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Global Sales Ops and IT teams to ensure CRM architecture aligns with business objectives.

    • Support user administration, including permissions, roles, profiles, and data hygiene

  • Reporting & Analytics

    • Design, develop, and maintain sales dashboards and reports in Tableau (or other BI tools) to provide actionable insights for sales leadership and cross-functional teams.

    • Analyze sales performance metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.

    • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data and present findings to key stakeholders.

  • Sales Process & Efficiency

    • Assist in defining and improving sales processes, workflows, and KPIs.

    • Support commercial training and deployment of new CRM initiatives and optimizations programs

    • Support sales forecasting and territory planning with accurate and timely data.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics.

  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM including report building, dashboard creation, and object customization.

  • Strong expertise in Tableau or similar data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)

  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret large data sets with attention to detail.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or other data tools is a plus.
