The Culture & Engagement Manager role is responsible for all internal communications for Wilton, LLC. Additionally, the role is responsible for creating and maintaining all the culture initiatives and programs and measuring and sustaining the organization's engagement. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in communications and employee engagement, culture, diversity and inclusion. This is an individual contributor who will have strong interpersonal skills as they need to work effectively at all levels of an organization cross functionally.
