Sonoma Post Acute is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional care to our residents. We're seeking a confident, compassionate RN leader with strong post-acute experience and a passion for mentorship, quality care, and team culture.

- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Serve as a key point of contact for residents and their families
Requirements:
- Current RN license in California
- Previous DON or ADON experience in a skilled nursing facility required
- Strong knowledge of Title 22, OBRA, and CDPH regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for elder care and dedication to resident well-being
