Senior Director of Wellness (Project Management)
What You'll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
Lead and Elevate Clinical Wellness Across Communities:
Oversee and support the Clinical Staff at each location to ensure consistent, high-quality clinical and wellness practices.
Drive clinical excellence by monitoring health outcomes, medication management, care planning, and resident assessments.
Cultivate proactive, person-centered care practices that prioritize independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Mentor, Coach & Inspire Wellness Leaders:
Hire, train, and guide community-level wellness directors and teams.
Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and compassionate leadership across all three communities.
Identify opportunities for ongoing team development, process improvement, and innovation.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance & Clinical Readiness:
Serve as the clinical compliance lead, maintaining alignment with state and federal healthcare regulations.
Audit clinical documentation and support communities in preparing for successful surveys and inspections.
Build strong relationships with healthcare partners including physicians, pharmacies, and agencies.
Promote a Unified Vision of Holistic Wellness:
Collaborate with Executive Directors and leadership teams at each community to integrate wellness into every aspect of daily life.
Support initiatives that enhance residents' emotional, physical, social, and spiritual health.
Be a visible presence and trusted resource for residents, families, and staff.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Clinical Expertise)
Education & Licensure:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current RN license in the state of employment required.
CPR certification and a strong foundation in infection control, wellness programming, and geriatric care best practices.
Experience & Leadership:
Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience, with multi-site oversight preferred.
Background in senior living, assisted living, or memory care strongly desired.
Proven ability to lead clinical teams, manage performance, and implement wellness-focused strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
Deep knowledge of state healthcare regulations and clinical operations.
Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
