New York City office of our client seeks labor and employment associate attorney with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in the management side of labor and employment matters, both in litigation and preventive counseling. The candidate will research and draft employment policies, employment, severance, and related agreements, and regularly provide general employment compliance counseling to clients. Should have litigation experience including defense of federal, state and local employment law claims, traditional labor law matters (including NLRB and benefit fund litigation) and wage and hour matters. Experience with prevailing wage and restrictive covenant matters are also a plus. Admission in New York Bar is required. New Jersey and Connecticut Bar admission are a plus.
