Facility Technician / Janitor - 2nd Shift (Maintenance)

Full time, Sunday - Thursday, 2pm - 10:30pm. Overtime as needed.
Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.80 - $22.85 and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.

Job Requirements
Previous experience with commercial infection control solutions, methods and techniques required. Proper infection control practices are critical to the safety of ClarkLindsey residents, team members and visitors.Experience with light maintenance preferred.Previous experience with maintaining a swimming pool preferred.
Per the Illinois Department of Public Health, all team members must receive the annual influenza vaccine (exemption requests will be reviewed). We also encourage team members to get the latest COVID-19 vaccine.
Must be able to bend, stand, reach, and exert 10 to 40 pounds of force.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations.Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.Must abide by ClarkLindseys HIPAA privacy and security rules as described in the Employee handbook.Must be able to be friendly and tactful with team members, residents, families, and the general public.
