Custom Shop Associate (Project Management)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Utilize technology and equipment to produce custom products
Ring in customer transactions
Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
Stock and front shelves when able
Direct customers to appropriate areas for product or services
Answer multi-line phone system
Willingness to go the extra mile for a customer
Job Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to think outside of the box and the willingness to troubleshoot
Must be a team player!
Previous experience working in retail with large volumes of traffic is preferred!
Ability to stand for entire 8 hour shift
Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently
Able to handle difficult customer transactions in a professional manner.
Illustrator and/or Tajima program knowledge a plus, but not required
