POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and strategicDirector of Salesto lead the creation and expansion of adealer networkfor our modular home manufacturing business. This role is ideal for a builder of teams and channelssomeone who thrives in greenfield environments and can architect a scalable sales infrastructure from scratch.
Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Development
-Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to establish a nationwide dealer network.-Identify and recruit qualified dealers, distributors, and channel partners aligned with brand values and growth goals.-Develop onboarding, training, and performance management programs for dealers.

Sales Leadership
-Set ambitious sales targets and drive execution through dealer performance.-Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.-Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support dealer success with tailored campaigns and materials.

Market Expansion

-Lead go-to-market initiatives for new territories and product launches.

-Build strong relationships with dealers and ensure ongoing support and engagement.

-Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic dealer accounts.

Operational Excellence
-Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless dealer operations.-Implement CRM and sales enablement tools to support channel growth.-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
-Proven experience in building and scaling dealer or channel networks, ideally in the housing, construction, or modular manufacturing sectors.-8+ years in sales leadership roles with a track record of exceeding growth targets.-Strong understanding of B2B sales, channel economics, and dealer lifecycle management.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.-Willingness to travel as needed to support dealer recruitment and engagement.

Preferred Skills
-Experience in modular home or prefab construction industries.-Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.-Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
