Global Marketing Program Manager - Channel Partnerships - Structural Heart (Finance)
We are hiring a Global Marketing Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of the non-clinical stakeholder (including hospital administrators, group purchasing organizations, etc.) strategy for the Transcatheter Aortic Valves (TAVI or TAVR) franchise across global markets to achieve global financial and business goals.

In this role, you will drive the marketing strategy and execution of programs and messages designed to help our global teams succeed in discussions with non-clinical stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving collaboration with the regions and other functions to ensure successful program management and drive brand preference in our global markets.

A Day in The Life
•Develop, implement, and execute programs to do the following:
•Create and launch new messages based on recent clinical evidence
•Ensure effective brand positioning in contracting, tender and negotiations
•Develop and launch educational initiatives directed at field audiences to ensure their understanding of brand positioning and available resources to ensure success in contracting, tendering and negotiations
•Drive brand share in open contracts and tenders
•Protect margins
•Increase overall sales
•Drive execution of new programs in partnership with regional marketing leads, and support sales and related activities to ensure effective brand positioning where decisions about valve contracts are being made.
•Co-lead the Economic Value core team, which consists of cross-functional team members, to define and prioritize addressable markets and determine go-to-market timelines for programs. Be the face of the Preferred Partner strategy and execution plans with senior leadership.
•Hold regions accountable to launch preparation and training in support of new program introductions.
•Partner with regions to conduct competitive analysis and market research, obtain market intelligence for pricing analysis and product positioning.
•Foster positive relationships with key opinion leaders, industry luminaries, and other partners to support therapy acceptance, therapy expansion, and safe and effective use of Medtronic TAVI products.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5+ years of marketing, technical or field sales experience (3 years with Advanced Degree)
•Commercial experience, in either upstream or downstream marketing
•Experience with international marketing and interpreting cultural differences
•Experience collaborating across regions and functional teams
Nice to Have
•Master's degree/MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field strongly preferred
•Experience leading and/or participating in cross-functional core teams
•Multilingual is a plus
•Multicultural sensitivity and appreciation of how to use diverse perspectives to drive success
•Strong knowledge of the global healthcare markets and the global economy, particularly in developing markets
•Experience developing brand strategy and tactics to grow volume and market share
•Skills in financial analysis and forecasting
