Miss Kim Zingerman's Server/Runner (Project Management)
Job Title: Server/Runner, Full-Time and Part-Time positions available, with availability of at least 3 shifts per week. Shifts are usually 10:30am-4pm, or 4pm-10pm.
Compensation: $20-$22/hour (includes $12/hour base pay with $8-$10/hour tips)
We are looking for high energy individuals who are passionate about giving great service, learning about great food and engaging in their work! We offer flexible schedules, though weekend availability is a must, and the opportunity to work for a fun and exciting new Zingerman's business. Taking part in building the systems that run our day-to-day is expected from each member of our small team at Zingerman's Miss Kim Korean Restaurant.
Currently we are offering outdoor patio seating (when the weather is nice) and take-out options to all of our guests, as well as full service indoor dining!
All front of house staff start at $20-22/hour ($12/hour in base hourly wage and an average of $8-$10/hour in additional tips) based on experience and skill set. There is a $0.50/hr raise once finishing orientation. Previous serving experience is preferred, but not required - experience as a salesperson, a barista, a bar-back or a background in theatre are encouraged to apply! We ask that all applicants, regardless of experience, be ready to hit the ground running, be adaptable to a changing work environment and are encouraged to share your ideas with the team.
