Customer Service Lead (Finance)



TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is a seeking full-time Customer Service Lead to join our Toll-By-Plate department in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary: The Customer Service Lead position will provide assistance with various revenue collection efforts within the Toll By Plate Department in our Customer Service Center. This is a full time position working Monday through Friday, as scheduled between 7:30a and 6:00p.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Compile data for revenue collection efforts
  • Research individuals/companies with multiple accounts that aggregately have a significant outstanding balance
  • Assist the Financial Analysts with compliance and fraudulent account maintenance tasks
  • Work with the Toll Enforcement Supervisors and Staff as needed, including processing appeals, performing image review, handling inbound telephone calls, and administering payment plans.

Education:
  • High school diploma required

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Research ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Regular attendance
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word software
