Manager, Marketing & Communications (Finance)
Responsible for the coordination, implementation and oversight of activities for the organization's marketing, communications, and public relations efforts to achieve growth and profitability targets for key service lines.
Includes marketing planning, public/media relations planning, employer marketing, social media and internet-based marketing, community education, special events, production / writing of internal and external publications / communications, and results tracking.
Collaborates with product line directors, physician relations team and other internal resources to support the ongoing integration of physician relations, marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives.
Communicates clearly, effectively and professionally with many key audiences, works well in a high-volume and diverse environment, possesses excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task, as well as meet accelerated deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Saddleback Memorial Medical Center and MHS.It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values of SMMC and MHS.The employee shall support Saddleback Memorial Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the performance improvement plan.
The employee will also be expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to; Customer Service, Patient's Rights, Confidentiality of Information, Environment of Care and MemorialCare initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or other related field or equivalent experience required.
