Quality Control Inspector (Finance)



Quality Control Inspector
You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Chickasaw, Alabama location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality of our products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.As a Quality Control Inspector here at Honeywell, you will conduct inspections, analyze data, and collaborate with teams to ensure exceptional quality standards and compliance across production stages. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Chickasaw, Alabama location on an On-site work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in quality control or inspection roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in using inspection equipment and tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Experience with quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001.

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
