Ability One Floor Specialist (Personal Services)
Heartland Goodwill Enterprises seeks a part-time Ability One Floor Specialist to work at the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library and Museum in West Branch.
The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. There is some flexibility to the scheduled hours, and this position can work a 4-hour shift between the hours of 6:30pm to 6:30am. As the Ability One Floor Specialist, you will assist with special event cleaning. You will perform custodial services as needed to maintain contract specifications. You will cover for missing staff members as needed. You will perform quality checks as specified in the quality plan to maintain contact requirements. You will assist with equipment maintenance. You will work with the Contracting Officer Representative to perform or assign utility duties and to meet customer service expectations.
One year of experience using floor machines and carpet care is required. A valid driver's license is required. The starting wage for the Ability One Floor Specialist position is $16.53 per hour, plus an additional $4.22 per hour for a health and welfare stipend. Apply online only at www.goodwillheartland.org.
