Summer Internship - Digital Services (Manufacturing)
Essential Responsibilities:
Daily review of BIC and Image Center reports and taking appropriate action as indicated
Process ACH deletion/reversal requests
Manage & document all ACH proof of authorization requests
Assist with the implementation of Business Beetle Agreements and maintenance of ACH Commitments
Assist with system / data maintenance, as required
Handles other duties and special projects including conversion cleanup as assigned
Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Summer Internship Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must have completed at least one year of college and currently enrolled in college
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, mid-May through August
Punctual and dependable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detailed oriented and willing to help others
Works well in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
