Job Summary
Medline Industries, LP is seeking a talented individual experienced in building and supporting complex applications in a techno-functional capacity. The System Analyst Lead will be responsible for business process optimization, IT system design, development, and support of Sales Compensation management systems. You need to be able to work with complex business processes and handle bulk data processing problems. This program includes many facets from data management and integration to Sales Compensation territory/quota management and various incentive calculations. Demonstrate the technical skills needed, creative problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills necessary to drive changes. Acts as a mentor to other team members and oversee effective software delivery processes. This is a great opportunity to work with a fast-paced team that thrives on agile practices.Job Description
