THE BRIEF
Our search firm has been retained to identify an Assistant Superintendent in Santa Barbara to deliver high-dollar, Multi-family and Commercial projects, upholding the company's reputation for quality of delivery.
ROLE
As Assistant Superintendent, you have full-life-cycle Commercial and Residential construction exposure. You will be a fundamental part of preconstruction efforts by helping establish cost control, you will assist in supervising employees, subcontractors and vendors to ensure both quality control and project compliance. When the project is complete you will assist in the closeout and handover making sure the finished project exceeds expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years experience in the Construction Industry.
Experience working with a General Contractor that self performs work is required.
Been responsible overseeing direction on $10M+ ground up construction projects from concept to completion.
Previously assisted in the process of scheduling the project in logical steps, maintained construction schedule and budgeted time required to meet deadlines.
Developed, maintained and enhanced relationships with clients, architects, engineers, fellow employees, subcontractors, vendors and local building officials.
