Senior Analyst, Social Media (Project Management)

Role Summary

This position is responsible for the project management, coordination, consultation, and execution of content for our Associate Social Media Enablement program. At other companies, this might be known as a social selling program. The role will work closely with partners in the business units and other social team members to execute social media content, ensuring it aligns with social media best practices and is published in a compliant manner. The ideal candidate would be detail oriented, meticulously organized, skilled in LinkedIn and effective writing for social media, ideally in the financial space.  The candidate should be familiar with social media tools and an effective project manager and communicator.

Responsibilities  

  • Lead a portion of social media content development, production and execution 
  • Assist other team members with the production and execution of social media content 
  • Assist with the execution of videos to be used on social media platforms 
  • Assist with onboarding and training new associates into the Enablement program 
  • Conduct program administrative responsibilities 
  • Manage recurring social media campaigns in social selling tool 
  • Responsible for executing the legal review and retention processes for social media content to ensure all posts are compliant  
  • Assist with pulling metrics and reporting to help analyze the performance of social media content  
  • Assist with semi-annual social media audit 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5+ years of work experience  
  • 3+ years of digital marketing 
  • 2+ years of social media experience and/or total relevant work experience
  • Ability to work well within highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams across various departments.  
  • Understanding of social media metrics.  
  • Strong written and verbal skills; excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.  

  

Preferred:

  • Experience working with LinkedIn. 
  • Experience with social tools such as Hearsay Social, Sprinklr or HootSuite  
  • Experience working in Microsoft SharePoint  
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably financial services  
  • Experience with social media community management 

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges

Please review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.

$75,500.00 - $129,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$83,000.00 - $142,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$94,500.00 - $161,000.00 for the location of: New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
