Internship Summary:

PGIM is seeking motivated and goal-orientated interns to join our team. Our summer internship program spans approximately 10 weeks , offering you a valuable opportunity to work on impactful projects where you can demonstrate your skills and talents.

Timeline:

Program Dates: Monday, June 1 st , 2026 - Friday, August 7 th , 2026

Application Deadline: Friday, September 26 th , 2025 (We review applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close earlier based on volume or role availability.)

PGIM Investment Professional internship and full-time analyst applications open Tuesday, July 1 st , 2025. All other role types open on or after Monday, August 4 th , 2025. You may apply for up to three roles per recruitment season.

What you can expect:

  • Gain hands-on experience and learn business-to-business sales including all aspects of a consultative sales model

  • Collaborat e and shadow with our National Sales Desk, Internal Wholesalers, to learn best practices of the business

  • Support sales projects, research, and presentations to ensure successful execution of various business strategies

  • Partner with the broader Sales team to provide solutions and initiat e efforts to improve process efficiencies

You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change .

What you'll need :

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program or 5 th year master's program graduating between December 202 6 and May 202 7

  • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

  • Preferred majors include Business, Economics, Finance, Financial Services, or related field of study

It'd be a plus if you had :

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Note : The salary range for this role is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour . Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
