Procurement Buyer II (Finance)



As a Procurement Buyer II here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and executing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities. This position is critical in ensuring efficient procurement processes, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment within the procurement function. You will report directly to our Procurement Manager and you'll work out of our Urbana, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule. You will need to work in the office the first 90 days.

In this role, you will impact the company by optimizing procurement practices, enhancing profitability, and securing a reliable and agile supply chain, making your expertise an indispensable asset to our organization's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

• Oversee procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.

• Monitor and control procurement costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or buying
