Event Staff (Finance)
Safely and accurately direct guest to designated seating
Interact with patrons to provide front-line customer service and assistance
Ticket-taking, scan customers tickets
Bag check/security
Maintain order at the event
Provide customer service throughout the event
Keep aisles and egress areas clean
Hand out giveaway items or programs
Secure restricted areas of the building
Operate elevators during events
Work closely with supervisors to identify and resolves issues
Perform other duties as assigned.
