Marysville Post Acute is looking for a Full-Time Medical Records Assistant to join our incredible team! You'll be a key player in supporting resident care by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant documentation—because we know every detail matters when it comes to health.

📝 What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage, organize, and maintain medical records in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies
• Assist with audits, chart reviews, admissions/discharges, and record requests
• Support nursing and administrative staff with timely documentation
• Ensure all resident information is secure, accurate, and up-to-date
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve record accuracy and flow
• Assist with data entry, tracking, and regulatory survey preparation

✅ What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in medical records, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and electronic health records (PCC experience a plus!)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to grow
• The ability to juggle tasks while keeping your cool—we love calm under pressure!
