Behavioral Health Aide (Personal Services)
Maintain adherence to the Time and Attendance policy
Maintain and present in a positive and professional manner in all methods of communication (written, verbal, and face to face)
Must exhibit time management and organizational skills
Maintain respectful and professional boundaries with co-workers, providers and all persons served
Maintain confidentiality of all persons served
Proficiently utilize technology as related to job duties
Implements safe work practices and performs assigned duties in all emergency drills and crises
Actively participates in required meetings and trainings
Operate agency vehicles safely and efficiently
Demonstrates productivity in support of the programs' goals and outcomes
Communicates with supervisor and team via designated platforms
Document accurate and timely records of the persons served according to policies, regulations, and standards
Provide and maintains a safe and welcoming environment for persons served, personnel and stakeholders
Prepare client meal(s) according to the published menu
Provide client transportation as needed
Complete and submit incident reports as necessary per safety protocols
Assist rehabilitation staff in providing client structure during program hours
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma. At least 2 years' experience in a social service-related field preferred. Additional education may be substituted for this experience requirement. Must have knowledge of computer programs and business office procedures. All personnel are required to be COVID 19 vaccinated and CPR certified. Must have a current driver's license and active automobile insurance coverage.
Physical Demands: May require sitting, standing, bending, stooping, manual dexterity for use of standard office equipment. Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
