About the role:

In this role, youll partner with our Sales department to help achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the main office front desk and greeting guests.Handling administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing invoices, and maintaining office organization.Managing client communications via phone, email, in person, and through our online chat system.Preparing weekly BEO packets and creating event signage.

What we need from you:
Along with your amazing attitude, were seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for - or experience in - the food and beverage industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with Caterease and Canva is a plus.
