Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager (Finance)

Primary Function

The Regional Fleet Manager will oversee the assigned regional service territory by ensuring annual business and rental goals are met. This role will serve as the liaison between the central region and HQ teams for the purpose of establishing best practices to meet service business objectives, process standardization, continuous improvement, escalations and training.

Essential Duties

• Help support and develop a rental service team (technicians, service advisors, branch leaders), capable of maintaining regional fleet maintenance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Oversee rental service operations on the ground with a leadership and hands-on mindset
• Execute on deliverables, milestone reports, open action items and risk mitigation plans
• Support and implement regional rental service plan and initiatives to increase rental fleet uptime and minimize maintenance costs
• Lead and drive quality and improvement in the region to deliver on all key performance indicators.
• Manage operational execution and ensure brand standards are met in accordance with company policies
• Responsible for service operational excellence in the region
• Promote an environment of personal growth and accountability

Minimum Requirements

Education :

A four-year degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Experience :

Minimum of 5 years experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Physical :

The ability to periodically travel, via car and/or airplane and stay overnight

Other :

Must have an intermediate skill level in using PC software, primarily MS Word, Excel and Access; Must have excellent customer service skills
