IndraSoft, Inc. is seeking a SAP Business Analyst to join us in supporting our client, for the Theater Enterprise Wide Logistics System Business Support Office (TEWLS BSO) program. The Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing program indicators and thresholds to identify cost, schedule, or performance issues for remediation, monitoring risks and implements remediation as required, preparing reports of deficiencies in methodology, processes, application development, and results, coordinating vaccine distribution functions with and through headquarters and appropriate contracting agencies, military hospitals and logistical activities worldwide (all military services), commercial manufacturers, transportation carriers and other agencies and contractors, must ensure communication are made for special needs and requirements to ensure coordination is completed and follow-on guidance is received in a timely manner, recommending and coordinating adjustment of distribution strategies, plans procedures and staff actions to ensure movement of medical material progress with minimal risk of product loss or product quality deterioration in shipments, and coordinating the management of all work performed on tasks under the contract under multiple locations.

Qualifications Required: • Possess an active Secret clearance or higher. • Bachelor's Degree in Program Management, Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience. • 8-10 years of related experience in functional analyst/business analyst and logistics. • SAP experience (Development/Functional or Technical). • Experience with one of the following SAP Modules: Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Warehouse Management (WM), Material Requirements Planning (MRP). • Working knowledge of logistics, report deliverables, planning, scheduling, testing, and risk management. • Customer service skills. • Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary. • Experience required in working cost estimates, work breakdown structures, and earned value management. • Previous experience in managing large/complex programs. • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent inter-personal skills
Qualifications Desired: • MBS in program management, computer science or related field. • Experience with cost, schedule and operational status reports. • Experience with Agile Master Data Management (AMDM).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Monitors and analyzes program indicators and thresholds to identify cost, schedule, or performance issues for remediation. • Monitors risks and implements remediation as required. • Prepares reports of deficiencies in methodology, processes, application development, and results. • Coordinate vaccine distribution functions with and through headquarters and appropriate contracting agencies, military hospitals and logistical activities worldwide (all military services), commercial manufacturers, transportation carriers and other agencies and contractors. • Must ensure communication are made for special needs and requirements to ensure coordination is completed and follow-on guidance is received in a timely manner. • Recommend and coordinate adjustment of distribution strategies, plans procedures and staff actions to ensure movement of medical material progress with minimal risk of product loss or product quality deterioration in shipments. • Coordinates the management of all work performed on tasks under the contract under multiple locations. • Responsible for shaping expectations while maintaining complete client satisfaction (on time results and quality control). • Demonstrated skills with implementation and maintenance of asset management, transportation, and procurement; capability in material management including; ordering, scheduling, tracking and inventory control and reporting. • Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members. • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. • Performs periodic and on-demand audits and vulnerability assessments to determine compliance with all TEWLS BSO and IndraSoft policies, procedures, instructions, laws and guidance. • Ensure security processes and requirements are met. • Document and execute technical change and configuration management processes. • Resolve issues and deliver enhancements to the current environment. • Adhere to client security guidelines and procedures. • Familiarity with business process modeling and hands on functional testing.
