DuPont Safety Excellence Award and is a founding member of the ET&D Partnership, a collaborative industry partnership working to reduce fatalities, injuries, and illnesses in the electric line construction industry, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator in our Central Region for a Telecom project based out of Canton, MI.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Project Manager on project details, reviewing project design documents and incorporating historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, and program metrics.
Support H&M strategic functional platform initiatives (Business development, QA/QC, Project Management, Safety, Procurement, and HR) and ensure seamless integration into operational activities
Provide support to PMO group on nurturing customer relationships, monitoring project budget and progress.
Champion safety culture throughout assigned region, ensuring completion of daily job briefing, SCOs, and other enterprise safety programs.
Maintain Purchasing documentation, including RFQs, quotes, purchase orders, PO revisions, and correspondence
Collect and input of weekly progress into WOS.
Assist in the analysis and reporting of department weekly financials, account receivables, under billing, equipment utilization, and overhead transactions
Safety commitment and impact on a safe working environment
Knowledge of safety statistics compared to project ratings
Manage, track, control subcontractor required documentation.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have a four-year degree in Engineer, Construction Management or Project Management or demonstrated successful Project Management Experience.
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills
Strong focus and a team player
Possess good time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products primarily with Excel and Word.
Professional appearance and demeanor
Eligible to work permanently in the United States upon graduation
