Grow Analytics Data Technician (Finance)
Essential Duties
Data Entry and Systems
Create and adjust packages in METRC for production and processing purposes.
Create and adjust inventory in Counter Point for production and processing purposes.
Enter and edit data in internal Google Sheets and Excel Reports.
METRC searches and product verification.
Enter recorded cannabis waste in METRC.
Digitally move the plants based on garden audits in METRC.
Daily entry of the previous day's harvest into METRC.
Auditing
Perform physical and digital audits of products in Counter Point to compare against physical counts and data within METRC.
Verify testing data for packages.
Verify and report plant audits from Production to METRC.
Reporting
Run reports in METRC, and Counter Point in relation to plant counts, on hand inventory, distribution rates and sales.
Search internal systems on a wide range of data including but not limited to: plants, packages, labor statistics, testing results, etc.
Accurately compile and scrub data to report on a wide range of activities in multiple departments as assigned.
Maintain & update internal documents used by the team.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audit are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
Other Duties
Coverage in other areas of Analytics.
Occasional coverage/assistance for data entry in Packaging.
Creation of METRC manifests and Counter Point transfers as needed.
Assist the garden in any digital processes that they may be behind on. This will include looking for potentially missing plants & assisting the production team in auditing.
Other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor of the department.
Supervision
Works under the direct supervision of the Grow Analytics Manager, also takes direction from the MIPS Analytics Manager
This person does not supervise others.
Job Qualifications
Work Experience
One to three years of data entry experience required.
Intermediate working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel required.
One year of experience working in METRC preferred.
Prior experience working within Counter Point or similar inventory tracking systems preferred.
Data analysis experience preferred.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and adherence to FIFO.
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Labor Marijuana Enforcement Division
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
