Position Summary The F5 Digital Organization is leading the charge in modernizing operations through innovative, scalable digital solutions that empower business functions across the enterprise. We build agile, cloud-native platforms to elevate user experience, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic business outcomes.
We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead a high-performing team of Product Owners and Product Analysts (also referred to as Business Analysts), focused on the strategy, development, and adoption of digital business platforms. This role will focus not only on core SaaS platforms like Salesforce and Oracle Fusion, but also on data-driven products, reporting capabilities, and business process optimization that provide actionable insights and superior end-user experience.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Business Operations teams to deliver user-centric solutions that drive business impact. The ideal candidate is passionate about product-led thinking, mentoring future leaders, and guiding teams through ambiguity and transformation to create intelligent, connected experiences.

The annual base pay for this position is: $189,800.00 - $284,800.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
