KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment or other service industry
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; business-related field is preferred
• Experience with executing programming for large audience
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service internally and externally
• Experience with event coordination
• Excels in training and motivating people
• Keeps fully alert to the weaknesses, strengths and opportunities facing the organization
• Is flexible and open to change
