IndraSoft is seeking a highly skilled IDIQ BD Manager to lead the management and business development of several Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) and Agency specific Multiple Award Contracts (MACs), including Encore 3, ITES 3S, and 8aStars. The IDIQ BD Manager is responsible for coordinating management of the IDIQ, including but not limited to helping task order managers with existing task orders (TO's), quality and cost control reporting, customer satisfaction and relationship management, business relationships with teaming partners and industry stakeholders, executive program reviews, and TO capture and proposal response support. The PM also coordinates with Business Development Leads and corporate support (Contracts, HR, Finance, Legal, and the Proposal Team) for support on both existing TOs as well as new TO opportunities. Successful applicant will have the ability to create and execute strategies that lead to new business.

While performing duties of the job, incumbent will be exposed to Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Travel will be required. This position requires incumbent to have the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
