*Lead Instructional Technologist (Project Management)
The Instructional Technologist Lead oversees a small team and serves as both a hands-on expert and a collaborative manager. This role ensures the effective utilization and support of core platforms—including Kaltura and Mediasite for video content distribution, Zoom for video conferencing, Qualtrics for survey administration, and Poppulo for digital signage. With a focus on service excellence and cross-functional collaboration, this position enhances the digital infrastructure that supports faculty, staff, and students.
In addition to platform oversight, the Instructional Technologist Lead drives the integration of technology into teaching, learning, and professional development. This includes leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology-enhanced instructional practices to foster student success, educator growth, and institutional innovation.
Duties include:
Required Education: Bachelors degree in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
