The sales specialist will work on assigned tasks and projects that will help him/her to understand our broad product lines, markets and customer base and both the internal and external work required to drive both White-Rodgers' and the Customer's objectives to completion. The specialist will work on assigned tasks and projects to gain a thorough understanding of the White-Rodgers' OEM customer base and the application of White-Rodgers products within that base. This role is designed for a High Potential applicant with the ability to move into a full sales role and eventually a leadership position within in the White-Rodgers or Commercial & Residential Solutions Sales Organization.
