Customer Service Coordinator (Administrative)
The Customer Service Coordinator-Telerecruiter is responsible for coordinating the customer service and support required for mobile blood drives while working with Account Executives to achieve maximum results. Responsible for recruiting donors via telephone to make whole blood appointments for mobile drives and fixed sites.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma required.
Associates degree preferred in communications, marketing, public relations, computer service or related field.
Experience:
With a high school diploma: 1-2 years of customer service experience in an office setting required.
Past experience in a call center environment preferred.
