Advantix: Business & Support Analyst II (Finance)
Summary:
This individual will be a member of the software development team in the Information Technology department. The Business & Support Analyst actively engages in the software development lifecycle by performing process and enterprise analysis, working with product owners to gather and develop software requirements, and ensuring customer and business needs are met. The Analyst will be responsible for understanding the business and functional features of applications they are supporting in order to effectively support end-users. The Analyst will contribute to successful launch of and continuing maintenance of applications and reporting products by providing training and documentation as required, participating in user acceptance testing, participating in implementation configurations, and serving as the technical support liaison to the development team. Additionally, the Business & Support Analyst II will participate in the development and modification of reporting templates.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: gathering project requirements and turning them into development specifications; coordinating projects; creating documentation; creating or modifying reporting templates; answering ad-hoc data analysis questions; developing data migration scripts; providing training; configuring applications for implementation projects; and providing technical support. Tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project management software will be used in the performance of job duties, in addition to in-house developed Advantix applications.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience is required.

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $90,000
Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
