Member Advocate (Personal Services)
Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC. is currently seeking a Full-Time Member Advocate for our Call Center. Ideal candidate aspires to excel in his/her role by offering the best customer service to help members and/or pharmacy personnel with pharmacy-related questions.
Requirements include, but are not limited to: a minimum of one-year call center experience, strong customer relations skills, and the desire to deliver outstanding customer service. Some college preferred and bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply.
The Member Advocate is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the Company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer interaction and ensuring that all customer requirements & needs are completely met. As the Member Advocate, you are the primary internal representative for our organization; you must convey to the customer a sense of expertise in our services. Because you will be in contact with current customers, you are in a unique position to influence a positive customer satisfaction experience and perception of our company as a whole. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Some college preferred, High school diploma, GED, or equivalent accepted
Experience: 1 years of previous call center mandatory and pharmacy experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Work Schedule: May be required to work rotating shifts, some holidays, weekends and/or nights
