Job Title: Product Operations Coordinator - Emerging Brands

Reports to: Sr Product Operations Manager, Emerging Brands

Location: Goleta, CA - Office Hybrid

The Role

The Product Operations Coordinator - Emerging Brands will be responsible for supporting the inner workings of the Emerging Brands (Teva and AHNU) product creation teams. This role will support in driving deliverables for the product team across multiple calendars, ensure PLM system information accuracy, alignment of cross functional teams and communicate updates between teams: Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Planning, Merchandising, GTM, etc. This role will also manage samples for the PLM team and keeping the showroom up to date at the Goleta headquarters.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Hitting deadlines with 100% accuracy in PLM systems in tandem with product line management and development teams.
  • 2. Oversee sample distribution and retention protocol, archive management and key-gate sample needs in tandem with cross-functional team. Manage sample showroom and product room presentation in assistance to the Sr. Product Ops Manager.
  • 3. Responsible for coordinating all notices regarding changes in product specifications and details to cross functional teams.
  • 4. Attend cross-functional meetings, as required, sending notes or summaries of these meetings, as needed.
  • 5. Support Sr Product Operations manager on tasks, as needed.

$28 - 30/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
