Position Description
The Network Records Specialist- 811 Services Team is responsible for providing asset location information to assist in planning of construction projects by external companies. Overseeing the data integrity and managing the input processes for 811 registration and protection of Crown Castle underground assets. Verify the quality of data generated from as-builts, construction drawings, modifications, data corrections and data enhancements feeding the Fiber Management Tool. This team is responsible for data entered to give users a realistic, evergreen view of Crown Castle conduit managed in the tool. Field phone calls from external parties inquiring about the status of active 811 tickets nationally. Creation of tracer wire requests as needed for locate vendor completion of work.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).
