Director, Data Quality Management and Analytics (Finance)

What you'll do
Expand organization's data quality initiatives by developing and implementing framework for data quality and monetization processes, metrics, and technology
Develop processes to proactively identify changes in data completeness and quality, lead root cause investigations to quantify impact, and mitigate repeat incidents
Partner with D&A, Technology, and Operations to identify and prioritize data monetization and product recommendations
Serve as a data subject matter expert, partnering closely with Technology and Operations to consult on data validation and ongoing monitoring solutions
Collaborate with your peers, leaders, and subject matter experts to derive, visualize, and communicate actionable insights regarding data quality and completeness and data monetization opportunities
What experience you need:
8+ years of work experience in identifying, gathering, and analyzing data within and across database platforms using SQL. Experience working with complex data flows and large data sets to drive revenue growth.
4+ years of experience focused on data quality, delivery of data products, and/or DataOps. Experience collaborating with peers and cross functional teams, while also working independently and managing multiple projects.
Familiarity with data quality program development and management. Ability to lead large projects across multiple stakeholder groups from inception to delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a comparable discipline. Strong analytical understanding including the ability to rapidly learn new data assets and understand business context of data
What could set you apart
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platform (AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with data quality monitoring processes, tools, and framework
Experience with Python and/or Apache Airflow
Experience leading a small team of analysts
Understanding of Agile methodology and Statistical Process Control
