Michael Baker International seeks an Assistant Project Manager with experience in community engagement, project management, and building local partnerships to serve the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)'s Region 10. Our Community Engagement and Risk Communication contract assists FEMA in collaborating with state, local, and tribal entities to increase the public's risk awareness, drive action to reduce risk, and help communities become more resilient when confronting natural disasters. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a national network of risk communications, community outreach, partnership building, hazard mitigation, and engineering experts to tackle multiple hazards, including flood, tsunami, earthquake, landslide, drought, and wildfire. This position will work from an office in Downtown Seattle.
