POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides coordination and oversight of the receipt of applications and notices and all supporting documentation. Works with the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analysts to ensure hard copy and electronic records are accurately recorded and handled in a timely manner. Ensures that all correspondence is sent to the appropriate recipients including the filer, regulatory attorneys, Board staff, and other regulatory agencies. Works collaboratively with team members and management to ensure that documentation, record keeping, and related procedures are in line with system guidelines. Maintains a strong working relationship with Board records staff and with the department`s information support group. Is responsible for identifying the need for updates and making changes to operating policies and procedures as necessary.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum 2 years in related field.
WORK HOURS AND CONDITIONS:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; some flexibility or additional hours may be required.
General office working environment.
Some bending and stooping required for filing.
Sitting for long periods of time.
