Communications Manager (Creative Design)
JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for managing and executing internal communications at SourceAmerica. The goals for this role are to develop a strong internal communication strategy which includes coordinated and compelling communication campaigns on the strategic direction for the organization that increase employees' understanding of the corporate priorities and their role in achieving those goals. It also includes creating timely and informative communication about the operations, engaging employees in the material.
The Communications will work to create two types of messaging: organizational-based messages and strategic communications. Organizational-based messages are defined as regular, standard communication that provides standard business information to employees. Strategic communication is focused on the direction of the company, and how an initiative or strategic change ties into that direction and mission.
This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Director, Communications and will work closely and cross functionally, with Marketing and Human Resources. This role will communicate regularly with senior leadership and the C-level suite.
