Payroll Director (Administrative)

The Payroll Director will lead expense reporting and payroll administration across multiple states and jurisdictions ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing. Design processes and utilize systems and third-party providers to create a scalable operating environment to support the company's growth and continuously improve the payroll function. Partner with Finance, Technology, Compliance, and key groups within Human Resources to support seamless cross-functional administration. Lead a team of payroll professionals and foster a positive employee experience with all payroll interactions.
