Occupational Medicine Sales Representative (Marketing)
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Understand requirements, standards, protocols and processes for the range of committed services including substance abuse testing, compliance and non-compliance physicals, and workers comp injury care
Research and qualify the employment base around each center, identifying prospects in industries with high propensity to utilize occupational medical services.
Utilize CRM application to track leads, establish a sales pipeline, and schedule status checks with accounts.
Promote Velocity Urgent Care services to qualified prospects within the territory.
Consult with employers as to their specific workplace health needs and align those needs with specific Velocity services.
Create and log changes to occupational medicine and workers' compensation protocols. Coordinate employer-specific service delivery with operations and training. Audit account invoices as needed.
Follow-up with accounts on a periodic basis, including to help resolve specific employer issues, for account management and retention purposes
Qualifications
Good communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills with detail orientation.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments with moderate supervision.
Knowledge of medical claims processing and billing.
Knowledge of workplace substance abuse and injury prevention/treatment practices.
Proficiency with word processing, databases, and spreadsheet applications.
Education and Experience
Associates degree or equivalent (Bachelors preferred)
Minimum three years business-to-business sales experience (preferred is at least one year in coordinating and delivering occupational medicine services)
A valid state driver license, satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation
