Area Manager (Finance)
SUMMARY:
The Area Manager oversees Account Managers and other field personnel to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled on time and with the proper equipment and personnel.
JOB DUTIES:
Ensure that inventory, monthly treating, sales deliveries, and service reports are performed, complete and accurate so that billing and financials are validatedResponsible for organizing any special projects, personnel needs, the review of treating schedules and routes and order parts to help facilitate employees daily taskCoordinate accuracy and proper disbursement of service reports and recaps for respective customersCoordinate and assist in monthly failure and chemical cost review meetings.Keep record of all equipment, as well as any service or repairs needed, in respective areaCommunicate with mechanic regarding breakdowns and service neededEnsure proper planning of chemical deliveriesBe readily available to provide customer service at any timeCoordinate and review accuracy of all lab data and surveysSchedule and ensure that employees attend monthly safety meetings and adhere to applicable DOT regulationsFollow and ensure that employees are also following proper HR and/or HSE processes and proceduresBe readily available to assist or address employee needsMaintain company goals for gross profit margins and contribution marginsMaintain sales pipeline and relationships with current customersOther duties may be assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; College degree preferred5+ years of applicable industry experienceAcceptable driving record for a minimum of 3 yearsKnowledge and understanding of chemical process and utilization in yard and field operations
