Merchandising Sales Consultant
The primary goal of this position is to make the convenience stores you work with profitable. Will focus on store sets and resets to maximize sales for the stores, as well as be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability which involves analyzing market trends and collaborating with sales teams to ensure optimal product placement and promotion. Additionally, the consultant will focus on new account development which includes prospecting new business opportunities.
Location: Primarily will work on accounts within a 100-mile radius of Omaha focusing on Omaha, Lincoln and Des Moines Districts; but may assist in other areas as needed. This position may average 1-2 overnights per week and a company vehicle is provided.
Pay & Hours: This is a salary position with bonus potential. Will average 40-48 hours per week; may include Sunday night travel at times.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Sets (approximately 50%; or 2-3 days per week)
Store Visits (approximately 30%; or 1-2 days per week)
Home Office (approximately 20%; 0-1 days per week)
